DrupalCon DC - wrap up

Just a quick blog post since I seemed to have forgotten about my site. I can say for the record that DrupalCon DC was a huge success for me personally and for Drupal as a whole. I had a great time, and tons of good experiences while in DC, the sessions were fantastic, the people that I met we friendly, and knowledgeable, and there was tons of Drupal community based social times.
Thoughts for my next DrupalCon :

1. More BoF Sessions.
2. Less time in sessions, more time chatting (felt I missed out on some of the socializing running from session to session)
3. More time out at the "official" parties, felt cause of my injured knee I missed out on some of the social times at sanctioned parties.
4. Give out more business cards left with 250 came back with lots
5. try to schedule post DrupalCon time for me and the wife to get a little quality time in the city / area of the Con

There were lots of great times for me while I was there, Tapas night with the Sony crew was amazing. The one night I probably will never forget is the Thursday night festivities :

1. Commonplaces - Cocktail Hour (that turned into cocktail 3 hours with a tons of drink tickets)
2. Our large group getting seperated (not cool) but the small subgroup I was with taking a cab to a random Ethiopian restaurant
3. Cab back to the chinatown/downtown region to meet up with people before 12 (Dave & I in the cab - hilarious)
4. 12:02AM showing of Watchmen - Opening night
